Nisha Kassam, M.S., CF-SLP
Nisha Kassam, M.S., CF-SLP, earned her undergraduate degree from Boston University in Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences, with minors in Deaf Studies and Spanish. She then pursued her Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology at the MGH Institute of Health Professions. During her graduate studies, she also began working in Artificial Intelligence programming to develop innovative speech and language models.
Nisha has experience working with clients of all ages, addressing a wide range of conditions, including expressive and receptive language disorders, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), traumatic brain injuries/cognition, literacy development, and articulation challenges. In her sessions, she prioritizes integrating evidence-based practices to create functional, individualized goals tailored to each client.
Deeply passionate about bilingualism and neurodiversity, Nisha is committed to providing collaborative and culturally responsive care that centers on understanding clients and their families. She also aspires to develop innovative technology that enhances communication while making it more accessible and inclusive for people of all backgrounds. Her goal is to bridge the gap between innovation and accessibility, ensuring these tools are practical and welcoming for all users.
