Nicolette Giammona, M.S. CCC-SLP

Nicolette Giammona, a NYS licensed and ASHA certified Speech Language Pathologist, earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Syracuse University, and a Masters of Science degree in Speech-Language Pathology from New York University. 

Nicolette has experience in treating a wide range of disorders such as expressive and receptive language disorders, articulation and phonological disorders, motor speech disorders, fluency disorders, autism spectrum disorder, and more. Her passion lies particularly in supporting neuro-diverse children and implementing augmentative and alternative communication strategies. Additionally, Nicolette is working on completing the Natural Language Acquisition training and AAC for Gestalt Language Processors training from the Meaningful Speech coursework.

Nicolette focuses on a total-communication approach and is dedicated to providing neuro-diverse affirming therapy that respects and celebrates individual differences. Nicolette collaborates closely with families and caregivers to ensure continuity of support beyond therapy sessions, fostering a nurturing environment where progress thrives.
