Laura is an ASHA (American Speech, Language, and Hearing Association) Certified Speech and Language Pathologist. Laura earned her Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts in Speech Language and Hearing Sciences from the University of Connecticut. She currently holds a Teacher of Students with Speech and Language Disabilities (TSSLD) certification in New York State. 

Laura has experience treating a variety of populations. Her experience includes working with children who have expressive/receptive language disorder, Autism Spectrum disorder, articulation and phonological disorders, Childhood Apraxia of Speech, and more. Laura also has school-based experience where she developed and implemented Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students kindergarten through second grade. Laura is passionate about using a child-led therapy approach and fostering positive relationships with each client and their family! She strives to create a fun, safe, and nurturing environment during sessions.
