Brigid McMenamin

Brigid is a New York State licensed and American Speech and Language Association (ASHA) Certified Speech and Language Pathologist who works and resides in New York City. She received Bachelor of Science degrees in Communication Science Disorders and Childhood and Early Adolescent Education (PK-4) from Pennsylvania State University and a Masters of Arts in Speech Language Hearing Science from Temple University.
Brigid holds a Teacher of Students with Speech and Language Disabilities (TSSLD) certificate in New York State. Brigid is PROMPT trained and trained in the Wilson Reading Program. She has experience with expressive and receptive language delays, articulation and phonological disorders, fluency disorders, literacy skill development, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC). Brigid has three years of school-based Speech Therapy experience where she has developed and implemented individualized education programs (IEPs) for students from Preschool- 8th grade.
